Konyalı Restaurant, a century-old representative of Turkish-Ottoman flavor cuisine, is in Akaretler with its two new brands, 1897 and Café Piruhi.
Konyalı gathers these two new names with a different understanding in one place with its historical texture, culture from the past, and its location in this very special place. Special food culture that comes from the artisan restaurant since its inauguration date, Konyalı continues to today and to the future by renewing itself without changing its modern restaurant service concept. Konyalı is designed to modernize local lines suitable for the concept with reconception and offers Turkish cuisines to guests pleasurably.
Although both brands have separate entrances, there are spaces that provide surprise transitions to the extent that architecture allows, and have various designs. The image of luxury & taste starting from the entrance in the spaces that are part of the general complement each other with light. The original brick walls in the place welcome their guests with warm light and an intimate atmosphere. Crystal chandeliers and stalactites, specially designed by Sinan Erül and integrated with architecture, were provided with Turkish-Ottoman inspirations. The ceiling-mounted spots illuminate the environment locally by providing light on the table.
In lighting, the quality image is reflected by emphasizing that the taste and colors of the foods are pleasant & the glass and metal elements look shimmering, clean, and stylish. Spots with color filters used in places make some items interesting for those who spend a long time in the space. The warm-colored light sources that dominate the space are controlled separately with the control system, providing different atmospheres in every hour of the day. Thus, it is aimed that customers have a pleasant time for a long time.
Surprise terraces behind rowhouses are indispensable places in summer. These spaces, which open out from the interior, have natural greenery and gradual gardens in history. Although the amber color used in the bar section is the focal point, it not only identifies the amber led path hidden inside the decorative irons that progress between the stages but also contributes to the warm and friendly atmosphere of the place. The appliques used on the stone walls illuminated throughout the height provide safe and pleasant lighting, and the spots used under the trees in place complement the general ambiance. Sinan Erül's traditional oil lamps, which are a part of a hot conversation on the table, allow privacy among themselves by providing local illumination of the desired tables.
Konyalı, which goes from an old restaurant culture symbolizing the Ottoman to the image of a restaurant chain serving the luxury food culture and welcomes many special names, invites its guests to this flavor table in its new and different venues that overlap with its architecture.
