ING-BANK in Ümraniye, which has become the new place of finance, is located in Akkom Office Park buildings. The architectural lighting design of the office project, which architectural project designed by HAS Mimarlık, designed by Nergiz Arifoğlu LightStyle.
The office project, which includes the arrangement of a data center, a call center, two basements with technic spaces, and 6 floors with offices, has a total area of approximately 9,000 m². The primary goal of the architectural project was to organize open office spaces, each of 1250 m², to used most efficiently. For this, the number of employees was taken as a basis and primarily designs that provide flexible placement to the floors developed with the different study units included in the required program.
An important feature of the project is the extraordinary care shown by the employer for the comfort of the employees.
The newest hardware is used for information technology and the quality that the employer wants to provide for employee health and motivation has shaped the whole design. Due to the technology intensity and for the health and happiness of the employees, the number of experts participated in the project. Electrical and mechanical groups, computing, fire, security, and acoustic experts also took an active role from beginning to the end of the project. In the project where the design coordination applied at the highest level, a professional project management group took an active role in the organization of all teams.
An entertainment room designed on the call center floor with vibrant colors used to help employees overcome their intensive work fatigue and created comfortable seating, puffs, and massage chairs for those who wish to watch television, play darts, or surf the internet and relax. The illumination of different colors and sizes, spherical pendant lighting was used in addition to the indirect fluorescent lighting on the edges of the space to space was more colored. The same linear wooden strips are used on the outside of the entertainment room to integrate with the meeting and waiting area on each floor. Thus, it is aimed to perceive the colorful world of the entertainment room within the space and to increase the motivation of the employees.
Indoor lighting to made on the floors of the office consisting of glass facades is very important. For this reason, lighting calculations made for the visual comfort, energy-saving, and effective use of daylight for the employees working with a computer screen indoors. Considering those who will work in the office environment, special reflector luminaires that are suitable for the acoustic ceiling, provide favorable conditions in terms of visual comfort, were controlled with the DALI system and the desired brightness maintained throughout the office during the day. Multipurpose and flexible designs and scenarios developed in the meeting and manager rooms.
The semi-transparent meeting tube in the spiral structure located at the entrance was highlighted with the corporate orange light of ING-BANK located on the facade and marked in the open space. In all lighting systems, colors and themes integrated with architectural use and decoration.
There is an entertainment room where you can relax by watching TV, playing darts or browsing the internet, and those who wish to relax on the Call Center floor. Lighting that develops with entertaining decoration also enlivens the space with its warm and soft light with different sizes of pendant spheres.
