HYATT HOUSE GEBZE
Hyatt House Gebze, Turkey's first hotel with a home concept, was put into service in 2017, aiming to offer the user "home life in the comfort of a hotel" with long-term accommodation.
The interior, facade and landscape lighting design of the hotel project, which draws attention with its modern architecture, 180 rooms and social areas, was made by “NA LightStyle”.
The social areas on the ground and mezzanine floors within the scope of the project are planned as places where guests can meet their dining, socializing, sports and working needs. For this reason, the focus was on a flexible design with high visual comfort and adaptable to different functions. In the reception and restaurant sections, a design that does not reflect on the screen and emphasizes personal control with table lamps was made in the working section, which fulfills the requirements of high glare control and brightness level.
The rooms are designed for long-term accommodation. It is aimed to create a warm and comfortable space where the guests can feel at home with the hidden lighting added to the architectural details in the room and the floor lamps, pendant lamps and table lamps specially designed for the rooms.
Since the room corridors are architecturally designed in a typology with a linear, one-sided and partially transparent façade, it is aimed to create a silhouette effect outside and to act as a façade lighting, in a way that supports this setup.
Although the landscape area around the building is small, the lighting has been thought through in detail, and a design has been applied especially in the eaves and terraces in the entrance area, where guests can feel the comfort and quality of the hotel from the outside.
Promising to create a warm, hospitable and comfortable living space for the user, the hotel offers details that give its guests the opportunity to stay for a long time with its architectural features, giving them the feeling of living together with their neighbors.
