CARESSE A LUXURY RESORT&SPA

Caresse a Luxury Collection Resort & SPA, which was rebuilt on the site of the old Fuga Holiday Village, one of the most enjoyable bays of Bodrum, started to host its guests after 4.5 years of construction.

'The Luxury Collection, one of the premium brands of the Starwood Group, has undertaken the management of the ultra-luxury hotel located in the Asarlık location, and the first hotel of this brand in Turkey has started operating under the name of Caresse a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa.

The architectural design process of the facility, which is located on a sloping and stepped land, was aimed at allowing everyone to see the view at their location. Each level of Caresse has separate pleasure places. The pools and terraces, lounges, restaurants, bars, and beach facilities at different levels have different designs as a whole. Designed in an integrated manner with the architecture, the light was planned according to the details and purposes of the spaces. It is aimed that the lighting of the spaces formed by the transitional construction of the architecture, while being an invisible part of the building during the day, to make the ambiance of the facility attractive at night.

While every detail of the facility was designed and implemented with the sensitivity of home, care was taken to ensure that the products used were long-lasting and sustainable. All technical infrastructure and arrangements in the facility, which is programmed to serve for 12 months, are for this setup. In terms of energy saving, flexibility and sustainability, the lighting project was planned based on the LED light source. In addition to the standard products in the lighting project, special production luminaires were manufactured for the details integrated into the architecture.

While the lighting of all interior spaces is designed together with the details in the decoration, the landscape lighting is shaped like lace on the sloping land and leads a safe and pleasant path to the beach by curving with pathways, stairs, and ramps. Solutions have been produced with details that will not affect visual comfort in the lighting of the buildings located on the gradual land.

Working with the employer, architect, and application teams for a long period, various light scenarios were designed for the night ambiance from the entrance to the beach, and it was aimed to contribute to the brand image with pleasant images both for the guests in the venues and the direction of the view on the opposite side of the bay.

Inviting guests from all over the world and Turkey, Caresse is on the way to becoming a kind of volunteer tourism ambassador for our country with its architecture, service, and fairy-tale atmosphere located in the unique beauty of the Aegean.
