The architectural project designed by the Baraka Architects, in addition to the interior architecture, the brand's corporate identity created by GeoID and GeoMETRE teams under the leadership of Mahmut Anlar and Turkey's first and only "Grand Boutique" has the distinction of being Maxx Royal Kemer Resort & Spa, opened for use in the 2014 summer season.

The project area of Maxx Royal Kemer Resort & Spa is located in Kiris Town of Antalya Kemer Region. The most prominent feature of the hotel is that it forms an entire structure that is melting and disappearing in nature, regardless of what it contains. There is a large-scale and multi-functional construction that is expertly hidden inside the vegetation that descends a dense, green slope and meets the beach. In the darkness, the facade and landscape lighting design of the hotel was studied by concentrating on a concept that would not disrupt this integrity.

The restaurants within the hotel, which have serving different cuisines of the world and designed with different architectural concepts, needed lighting to support their flexible working hours and disciplines. First of all, the light needs of each restaurant have been determined in coordination with the business and restaurant managers. Then, lighting design and scenario suitable for restaurants, architectural designs, and functions were applied.

The lighting of the hotel's rooms has been designed with the flexibility of guest comfort, the secret of light sources, indirect lighting and the ability of the guest to create their fictions.

The spa area is designed to give guests a different experience by creating a warm atmosphere. In addition to warm light colors, it is also aimed to create multiple fiction and ambiance in spaces by defining with changing light colors. According to the needs of spaces that have different functions such as a clinic, massage room and Turkish bath, illuminance levels have been determined, but an illumination has been created that will not interfere with the integrity of the spaces.

Maxx Royal Resort & Spa, where every detail of the design is considered with great care and where each element forms a whole, invites its guests to experience different experiences with a high-level ambiance on one of the most beautiful beaches of Antalya as a design in harmony with nature.
